CHINESE COLESLAW 
1 head Savoy or Napa cabbage
1 sm. head red cabbage (for color only)
1 bunch green onions
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
3/4 c. olive oil
2 pkg. ramen noodles (discard flavor pouch)
1 tsp. sesame seed
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1/2 stick butter

Shred cabbages, chop onions, and mix together.

In a sauce pan, combine vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and olive oil. Bring to a boil and set aside to cool. It can be prepared several days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

Stir-fry the noodles, sesame seeds, and almonds in butter on medium heat in large skillet until lightly brown.

Mix all ingredients together, and pour dressing over it. Toss to coat.
