FINGER COOKIES 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Powdered sugar, to roll the cookies in

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour and cinnamon; mix well. Add nuts; mix again. Roll dough in your hands to look like fingers or logs, butter your hands. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. While cookies are still warm, roll in powdered sugar until well coated. Cookies break very easy while doing this. Roll in the sugar again after you do all the cookies. These are great.
