Chopped (torn) spinach
Fresh chopped mushrooms
Green onions
Water chestnuts
Bean sprouts
Celery
Hard boiled eggs
Crumbled bacon
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

DRESSING:

1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Just before serving add dressing, toss. Not necessary to add all of the dressing.
