CHOCOLATE WAFFLE COOKIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
Dash of salt

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour and cocoa together. Stir into sugar, butter and egg mixture. Spoon by teaspoons on hot waffle iron and bake approximately 1 minute or until done. When cool, frost with following.

FROSTING:

Melt 1 stick butter with 6 tablespoons milk. Remove from heat and add 1 box powdered sugar and 6 tablespoons cocoa and 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well with mixer. May not take full box of powdered sugar. Use your judgment.
