PAN PIZZA 
CRUST:

Thaw 1 loaf frozen bread dough in refrigerator for 3 hours. Roll to fit greased 14 inch pizza pan (can use a jelly roll pan). Let rise while making toppings.

SAUCE:

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash garlic salt or powder
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

(Makes enough for 2 pizzas.)

TOPPING:

1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 - 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese

Use 1/2 cheese on top of sauce and 1/2 for top of toppings.

LAYERS:

Crust

Sauce

1/2 cheese

Meat

Mushrooms

Onions

Green peppers

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Parsley flakes

Other 1/2 cheese

Bake 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes on 2nd rack.
