CHEESE BREAD 
3 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. New York sharp cheese, grated
3 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted

Combine Bisquick, eggs and milk. Beat with mixer on medium speed until doughy and very wet. Saute onion in butter. Add onion, butter, parsley and cheese to batter. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon grated cheese mixed with 1 tablespoon parsley. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes, then invert.
