PAM'S SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach, washed & torn into bite-size pieces
1 can Durkee French fried onions
1 can water chestnuts, drained
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled in pieces

Toss above ingredients and cover with dressing just before serving.

SPINACH SALAD DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
