OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. round steak, cubed
2 c. carrots, cubed
2 c. potatoes, cubed
2 c. celery, chunks
4 onions, quartered
1 slice bread, broken
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/2 c. red wine
Salt & pepper

Place in large casserole and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
