HAMBURG CASSEROLE 
8 oz. noodles (Pen Dutch flat noodles work best)
1 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato soup
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped

Boil noodles per directions. Brown hamburger. Stir in tomato soup after draining hamburger. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and peppers. Spread 1/2 of the noodles in casserole dish. Cover with cheese mixture then cover with remaining noodles. Put hamburger, tomato mixture on top. Heat in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
