PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1/4 stick pepperoni
Spaghetti-measure between finger and thumb
1/4 c. butter
Parmesan cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. or more ground beef
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. or 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Boil pepperoni for 5 minutes, drain on paper towel. Cook and drain spaghetti. Add butter generous amount of Parmesan cheese to spaghetti, mix together. Brown ground beef and drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings to meat. Fry onions and green peppers with ground beef. Add drained mushrooms to meat sauce after it simmers.

Layer in long 9 x 15 inch pan in this order - spaghetti, mixed with Parmesan cheese and butter. Press in bottom of pan for crust. Add grated Mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, meat; sauce, and last layer, Mozzarella cheese. Bake in uncovered dish until it bubbles good. Olives can be added or any of your favorite toppings.
