CHINESE TREATS 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. dates
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt

Blend coconut, dates and nuts in food processor (or blender). Add remaining ingredients and spread thinly onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. While still warm, cut into squares, roll squares into balls and roll balls in powdered sugar.
