4 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Vanilla wafer
Pie filling, blueberry or cherry

Blend together first four ingredients until fluffy. Place one wafer in each cupcake paper and fill 3/4 full with mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes and top with cherry, blueberry or any desired fruit pie filling.
