MINI CHEESECAKE | |
1 lb. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla pie filling 24 vanilla wafers 1 can cherry pie filling With mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Put cupcake liners in muffin pan. Put a vanilla wafer in each and put 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in each. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Let the cheese cakes cool and top with 1 teaspoon pie filling. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. |
