HOT PEPPERS IN RUSSIAN DRESSING 
6 qt. hot peppers
Russian dressing
Cooking oil
Garlic
1/2 c. coarse salt
1/4 c. sugar
8 c. vinegar
4 c. water

Remove seed from peppers and cut into desired size. Pack into jars. Add 3 tablespoons Russian dressing, 2 tablespoons oil and 1 clove garlic to each pint.

Combine water, vinegar, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil. Pour over peppers and seal. Process in water bath 10 minutes. Makes 10 pints.
