KRISTIN'S COMPANY CABBAGE 
1 med. (3 lb.) cabbage, sliced thin
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 bay leaf
3 cloves, whole
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. beef broth
1 c. water

Boil together last 6 ingredients for 5 minutes. Add cabbage. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf and cloves; drain reserving 1/2 cup liquid.

In a saucepan cook following ingredients for 3-5 minutes until onions are soft: 1 c. chopped onions 1 clove crushed garlic

Add: 1 tbsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. salt

Add: 1/2 c. sour cream (lowfat plain yogurt can be sub.)

Add drained cabbage and mix lightly. Spray 6 x 6 inch baking dish with Pam. Add cabbage mixture. Cover top with seasoned bread crumbs and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until top is browned. Delicious!
