BBQ WINGFLING 
1/2 bag (2 1/2 lbs.) wingflings
1/4 c. salad oil
3 med. onions, diced
3 c. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

FULL BAG (5 pounds) :
1 bag wingflings
1/2 c. salad oil
6 med. onions, diced
1 1/2 qts. (6 c.) tomato sauce
3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In hot salad oil over medium high heat cook onion until tender (5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over wings and bake in sauce for 1 hour.
