CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box Escort crackers
1 stick butter
1 chicken, cooked and cut up in pieces
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Liquid from chestnuts

Crush crackers, melt butter, mix together and put into bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole, save 1 cup for top. Place chicken on top of crust, place water chestnuts on top of chicken (saving liquid from water chestnuts). Mix together well rest of ingredients and pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
