FROZEN WALDORF SALAD 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. real lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
2 med. apples, diced
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1 c. Cool Whip

Combine beaten eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt. Cook in double boiler until it thickens. Then cool and add celery, pineapple, apples and nuts. Gently fold in Cool Whip and freeze in 9x9 pan.
