FROZEN WALDORF SALAD 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. pineapple juice
1/8 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. diced celery
2 med. apples, diced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. Cool Whip

Combine eggs, pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Cook over low heat until thickened stirring constantly. Cool.

Add celery, crushed pineapple, apples and walnuts. Fold in Cool Whip and freeze several hours or overnight.
