QUICK MAYONNAISE BISCUITS 
1 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
Pinch sugar

Stir ingredients together until smooth. Drop from spoon into lightly greased muffin rings and bake at 425 degrees until brown. These can be rolled out on a floured board and cut with a biscuit cutter, but it is more trouble than dropping them into muffin rings.
