CALICO BEANS 
2 c. kidney beans
4 c. lima beans
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. minced onion
1/8 to 1/4 clove garlic, mashed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper to taste

Drain and rinse kidney beans. Drain lima beans. Mix beans, celery, and onion; mix oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Add to bean mixture. Toss, then refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Stir beans occasionally to blend ingredients. Good for picnics.
