CHICKEN DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken (or six breasts)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing

Stew chicken. Remove bones. Save 1 cup broth (or less). Place chicken pieces in bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole. Mix together soups, butter and sour cream on stove in saucepan. Pour over chicken. Prepare Stove Top stuffing and cover chicken with it. Pour broth over stuffing. Do not completely soak. Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, then bake for 20 minutes, uncovered. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
