POT LUCK BLACK-EYED PEAS 
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can diced Ro-tel tomatoes
2 cans black-eyed peas

Saute bacon with celery, onion and green peppers, then add Ro-tel tomatoes and black-eyes peas. Serve hot over corn bread.
