MONKEY CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 (8 oz.) pkg. biscuits (not buttermilk)

Mix 1 cup of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in a bowl with a seal. Melt 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and butter and keep warm. Cut 2 packages of biscuits into quarters. Shake in bowl and place in a tube pan. Pour half of syrup mixture over biscuits. Repeat with the other 2 packages of biscuits and remaining syrup.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Take out of pan immediately after baking. This cake does not need to be cut, just pick at it.
