CHOCOLATE ECLAIR TORTE 
Cream puff dough
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Bring to boil and remove form heat, water and butter. Add flour. Add 4 eggs, one at a time while beating. Spread on large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. (I use a 9 x 13). Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool completely.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk (added a little at a time)

When well mixed and thickened, spread filling in crust. Top with 12 ounce carton Cool Whip and drizzle with Hershey's syrup.
