CHOCOLATE TORTE 
STEP 1:
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans

Mix together and press to bottom of 9"x12" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

STEP 2:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Combine and add on top of Step 1.

STEP 3:
1 pkg. chocolate pudding

Fix pudding with 2 cups of milk. Add on top of Step 2.

STEP 4:
1 container Cool Whip

Top chocolate torte with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
