BAR-B-QUE MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. hamburger
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Combine all above ingredients for meatballs - mixture will be soft, shape into walnut-size balls. (I make mine slightly larger).

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped onions

In bowl combine all sauce ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over meatballs that have been arranged in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
