O.'S IRISH CREAM 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4-1 3/4 c. Irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon, scotch or rye whiskey
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before serving. Makes about 5 cups.
