DAN'S NOT SO SECRET IRISH CREAM

4 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
14 oz. whipping cream (or half & half for lighter cream)
1 c. Irish whiskey
1/4 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup

Blend in blender until smooth in color. Refrigerate. Keeps 2-4 weeks.
