DAN'S NOT SO SECRET IRISH CREAM

1 3/4 c. Irish whiskey
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1 c. whipping cream (or half & half)
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Blend until smooth. Serve straight or over ice. Cover, refrigerate. Keeps up to 1 month.
