1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
8 c. Crispix cereal
1 c. mixed nuts
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt Hershey bar, butter, and peanut butter, stirring to prevent scorching. Mix in cereal and nuts.

Put 1 cup powdered sugar in large Zip-loc bag. Put 1/2 of the cereal mixture in with the powdered sugar and shake until the powdered sugar disappears. Repeat with the remaining half and the other cup of powdered sugar.
