QUICK CHILI-RICE DINNER 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. (10 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 c. diced green peppers
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 5 1/2 cups or 4 servings.
