PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 box (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. water, boiling
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
2 bananas
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. egg
1/4 c. sugar or 2 pkgs. sweetener
1/2 c. low calorie Cool Whip

Mix Jello with boiling water. Add crushed pineapple and cool. Add the bananas and put in a 9x9 inch dish to set.

Cook together flour, egg, 1/2 cup pineapple juice and water to make 1/2 cup. Cook until it thickens. Add 1/4 cup sugar or 2 packages of sweetener. Cool. Add Cool Whip and spread on top of set gelatin mixture. If you like you can grate some cheese on top.
