BRAUNSCHWEIGER MOLD 
1 lb. Braunschweiger
3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, substitute 1 tsp. soy sauce

Have at room temperature. Beat all with electric mixer, part at a time, until well blended and light. Mold and refrigerate overnight. Line a small bowl with Saran Wrap so it comes out easily.
