PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. cold water

Add flour, shortening, and salt; mix well. Add water until crust is moist but not wet. May need 1-2 more tablespoons of water. Roll out on well floured board. Do not over handle or mix. That makes it tough.
