PRALINE ICE CREAM SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 sm. can evaporated milk

Spread pecans on baking sheet, bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Set aside. Melt butter in a medium saucepan, add sugar, corn syrup, and flour, stirring well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm. Gradually stir in milk and pecans. Serve over ice cream.
