PRALINE ICE CREAM SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. flour
5 oz. can evaporated milk

Toast pecans on baking sheet at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, syrup and flour. Whisk until smooth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Add evaporated milk and nuts and stir well.
