EVELYN'S TURKEY DRESSING 
1 loaf white or dark bread broke in pieces, dried
4 stalks celery
1 lg. onion
5 eggs
1 tbsp. sage
1/2 green pepper (optional)
1 stick butter
Turkey giblet
Salt and pepper to taste

Dry bread ahead of time. Cook giblets in water with 1 stick of butter 1/2 hour. Cut celery, onion, and green pepper. Add to dried bread. Add giblet broth to bread. Moisten to own preference. Add eggs and sage. Mix well. Stuff into turkey and bake.
