GIBLET DRESSING 
4 c. corn bread
4 c. day old bread
1 c. minced onion
1/4 c. giblets
Chicken or Turkey stock
Poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste

Using food processor, blend breads, celery and onion. In a mixing bowl add seasonings to bread mixture. Add enough chicken or turkey stock to moisten. Form into balls and bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees until slightly brown.
