1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter 1 c. corn oil 1 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. oatmeal 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. nuts 1 lg. egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cream of tartar 3 1/2 c. flour Blend sugar, butter, oil and egg; beat well so oil does not separate. Add dry ingredients to flour and stir in; add nuts. Chill slightly for easier handling. Form into balls and flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. |
