CHICKEN GUMBO 
1 pkg. Stilwell frozen gumbo vegetables
3/4 c. minute rice
1 qt. chopped tomatoes and juice, no salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
4-5 oz. shredded baked chicken
1/2 tsp. parsley patch herb seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
2 1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in large Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat for 45-60 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Approximately 12 (3/4 cup) servings.
