CHOCOLATE COCONUT BALLS 
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. grated coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. crushed walnuts

Combine sugar, butter, milk, coconut and walnuts, mix well. Shape mixture into balls. Freeze - refrigerate for 1 night. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over hot water (or microwave) - dip balls in hot chocolate mixture.

Makes 120 balls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
