COCONUT BALLS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Coconut

Melt butter in skillet. Beat eggs and sugar and dates. Cool in the melted butter, stirring constantly until thick and light brown, NOT CARAMELIZED!

Remove from stove; add vanilla, nuts, and Rice Krispies. Stir well; cool until easy to handle. Drop by teaspoonful in coconut and roll into ball.
