ROBERT'S HOMEMADE CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. cayenne red pepper sauce
1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 can chili beans
1 can kidney beans
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomato sauce (or you can use V-8 juice)

Saute onions, green peppers and garlic. Add ground beef which has been browned and drained. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
