HOMEMADE CHILI | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can kidney beans 1 can tomatoes 1 med. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce Lightly brown ground beef; drain on absorbent paper towel. Add all other ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a slow boil, adding water to consistency. Add ground beef, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with oyster crackers. Serves 4 to 6. |
