CHILI MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground round
2 onions, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 c. tomato juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the first 6 ingredients with 1/4 cup of the tomato juice. Shape into 18 balls. Arrange in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and pour over the remaining 3/4 cup of tomato juice. Cover and bake 1 hour, adding more tomato juice if necessary. Yield 6 servings. Approximately 205 calories per serving.
