BBQ MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground round
4 lb. ground chuck
4 eggs
2/3 c. very fine seasoned bread crumbs (10 oz.)
2 pkg. onion soup mix

Mix all the above ingredients together. Roll into walnut size meatballs. Place on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until browned. Drain off grease and place meatballs in a crock pot covering with Open Pit barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce and set to simmer to keep warm. Serves 30-40.
