PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 c. club soda
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tbsp. almond extract
Flour: 3/4 c. cherries, cut in quarters 3/4 c. walnuts, cut up

Mix cake mix, pudding, soda, eggs and oil. Blend well and beat for 4 minutes. Add cherries, nuts and extract. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 1 hour long in a Bundt pan that has been greased and floured. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes. Then make a butter frosting when cold.
