STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 mashed banana
1 1/2 c. unsalted cashews
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
2 sm. cans frozen strawberries

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add strawberries and stir until unfrozen. Add everything else but sour cream. Pour half of mixture into a glass dish and refrigerate until set. Spread sour cream on top and pour other half of Jello mixture over sour cream. Return to refrigerator until set.
