MATZAH FARFEL PUDDING 
1 lb. box matzah farfel
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. oil

Soak farfel and drain immediately. Beat eggs with sugar. Add juices and oil. Mix in farfel. Grease and heat a large baking dish. Pour in mixture and glaze top with a little orange juice and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Variations: Add mashed banana or 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
